1.Job Title: Customer Service Officer
Department: Capital Programs Group.
Location: Lagos.
Job Description:
1.Prompt processing of purchase requisitions on IFS with appropriate part number, cost center, general allocation and project codes.
2.Track the receipt of PO's for all PR's raised
3.Receipt of vendor services invoice on IFS
4.Follow up on vendor invoices for payment
5.Reconciliation of vendor accounts and prompt resolution of reconciling items.
6.Maintain accurate record of all activities and transactions
7.Prepare agreed activity and performance reports on a timely basis for the attention of the 8.Project Accountant and other relevant parties.
9.Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Accountant.
