BAT is recruiting for an experienced Talent Sourcing Manager to join their HR Team. Reporting to the Area Head of Talent, the position requires the jobholder to have a degree in social sciences or business related field. Candidate will possess progressive generalist/specialist HR experience of 5 years or more and broad knowledge of the organization and the business and excellent communication skills. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills are required and knowledge of Relevant Nigeria Labour Legislation. Accountabilities: 1.Develop and implement an Attraction & Retention strategy for BAT which is aligned to, and supports the company vision & strategy. 2.Lead the development and delivery of excellent Talent practices to ensure that this strategy is achieved in the short, medium and longer term.
